I hope everyone who celebrates Thanksgiving had a great holiday!
Reflecting on previous work and experiences is a great way to maximize what you get out of an interaction. In the moment, with all the chaos, it's hard to take a second and think about the big picture, relate the situation in the moment to something external, and just view the scenario for what it is as opposed to how you're perceiving it in the moment. By reflecting on the activity after the fact, relating what you know and what you experienced and identifying strengths and weaknesses will improve your overall performance for the next go-round.
Now that Thanksgiving is over and things are starting to go back to normal for now, there are a couple of weeks to reflect on what went well and what could go better for the next holiday. Is there anything you would change? Any tools you would use differently, add, or discontinue using?
