Community License: Data center license availability?

I was wondering if people who have community license approval can get data center licenses of the products. Thanks.

This has not been the case so far, but Atlassian has just been Introducing Data Center Community licenses, which will be available as of "February 2, 2021" (i.e. coinciding with the end of sale for new server licenses).
