We are trying to stand up a JIRA/Confluence Data Centre solution hosted on AWS cloud in our organization. We intend to have 2 instances, one for the production and the other one as a Test/Dev only environment (non-prod).
Is there a way where we can get a non-prod instance for free so we can replicate the production jira instance on the test environment? If not, can we replicate the complete data centre instance on a one-time paid server instance of JIRA?
Please suggest an efficient way to execute the requirement.
Thanks in advance!

@JIRAfiedNo you don't have to pay for test/staging server licences, Atlassian provide them to you for free.
