How can i manage plugin installation in jira data center.?

I'm running 3 Jira instance and all 3 instance are linked to ELB. I have to install many plugin in Jira. Do i need to install in all jira instance or How does it works..? Please Feel free to suggest if any plugin to manage this activity.

Hello,

You install your plugin on any instance you like or redirected by Load balancer. After it your plugin will be available on all instances
