Unable to import from XML Site backup
Hi all, please see error below.
I am trying to migrate my confluence instance into our Tier1 hosting environment but I am running into some issues with the test restore.
The text from the screenshot reads "Unable to complete import because the data does not match the constraints in the Confluence schema. Cause: MySQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: Duplicate entry '' for key 'unq_lwr_username'"
I have done some reading on this but it seems all the people that run into this issue actually states which entry is duplicated. But this doesn't show anything. When querying the source DB in SQL I get the result you can see below.
But when I run the same query on the destination DB (the db was a fresh install and empty db, I guess this was during the restore process) I get the result below.
Has anyone run into this issue and successfully resolved it?
We are running Confluence server version 7.0.2.
Any help will be much appreciated.
