My name is Sunandan, and I’m part of the Atlassian team exploring ways to give administrators better visibility and control over their installed apps.

We’re looking into creating an App Trust Centre(working title) ,a centralised place where admins can understand how apps behave, assess their trust, and ensure they meet security, compliance, and usage standards.

We’d love to speak with administrators and IT leaders responsible for maintaining security, compliance, and usage standards at scale to learn about your current challenges and needs.

Your input will help us validate our thinking and shape the concept so it delivers meaningful visibility, actionable controls, and confidence in how apps perform.

Hi,

The "number one requirement" is that a "managed user" (who is not an organization admin) should never be able to create new organizations, sites, products, apps, instances, repositories...

This is a very basic feature for working with "managed accounts" and it should be present in every product edition of Atlassian that uses the concept of "managed accounts".

There are numerous requests about this subject from thousands of users/customers of Atlassian, which have been closed/neglected by Atlassian.
