Global Enterprise and Data Residency

Is it possible to have a single organization with several sites and different data residency? 

For example:

Organization G = Global company

Site 1 in Organization G = Jira and Confluence for Business 1, with US data residency

Site 2 in Organization G = Jira and Confluence for Business 2, with EU data residency

data residency is mapped with product data not the organization or site.
