Attempting to use Application Link from a Jira Cloud instance to a Fisheye/Crucible installation

When I attempt to add an Application link from Jira Cloud to my Fisheye/Crucible installation I get the following message "No response was received from the URL you entered - it may not be valid. Please fix the URL below, if needed, and click Continue."

I have confirmed that I can access the URL and if I ignore the message then OAuth is not set and the products will not communicate.

Any help would be great.
