Batch processing or setting default e-mail settings for (crucible) users

I would like to set some default settings for Crucible users where all the Event notifications are send in batch and make this the default setting for all (new) users.

Is this possible, if so how?

This sound like a feature request -- Crucible sends notifications in separate emails.
