Can Crucible without Fisheye connect to SCM repository and still work,?

Hi,

Yes, Crucible can still connect to your repositories and you can still add them as usual at Administration > Repositories. You'll still be able to conduct code reviews - you just won't be able to make use of the features specific to FishEye (e.g. viewing repositories).
