I've just installed FishEye (application), configured git executable (as asked) but the system only allows me to set a git repository but I want to configure a svn repo.
FishEye can connect to existing SVN repositories which are hosted on another server.
You'll need to select the 'Add Existing' button for this.
More info can be found in http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Adding+an+External+Repository
FishEye 2.7 introduced Managed Repsoitories.
This allows you to create and manage a Git repository in FishEye, you don't need an external server to host the repo.
Use the 'Create New' button to create a managed Git repository.
Details can be found in http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Creating+Git+Repositories.
Thanks, I missed that difference. Using "add existing" was exactly what I needed.
