Crucible review don't show diff in changed file

Hi,
we have encountered a problem in code reviews on changed files in one of ours SVN repositories. When I add files from change set as 'diff' then I don't see highlighted changes but file looks like it was 'new'
In previous reviews on same repository changes was highlighted.
This problem appears after I changed Maximum Indexable File Size parameter for this repository to 1MB and re-index it.
Other SVN repositories are working as expected.
We are using Crucible without Fisheye

Any help that fix this problem will be appreciated.
