Fisheye/Crucible load-balancing

Is it possible to configure load-balancing for Fisheye/Crucible to reduce the load on server during peak hours ?

That isn't possible (and such feature is nowhere near on their roadmap, as far as I understand) but you can install a caching frontend proxy to reduce load somewhat. Make it serve static assets directly while you're at it.

Also, the app sets ridiculously low TTL for avatar images, so you might want to force longer TTL for them -- https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-4551
