Fisheye Github Integration

Hi,

With GitHub services deprecating soon, I would like to understand if there is a better way (ex: webhooks) and the process to integrate FishEye/Crucible with GitHub.

We're running close to the services deprecation and the Fisheye/Crucible still points you to using the services.
