Fisheye repository queue

How can I view the fisheye repository queue? It seems that some of of repositories are queued, but never indexes.  I would like to see which repositories are holding up the queue.

I can view an log file and see [IncrePing Repo ], which I believe is the incremental index.

Only when I restart Fisheye can I see InitPing Repo. Otherwise I do not see any new repositories been indexed.
