How to associate source commits to a ticket?

A year ago I was at another company and I remembered there was a way to put a special syntax in the commit comment and JIRA would automatically associate it with that ticket. For some reason I can't find the details about this feature anymore. Does anyone know where's the documentation for it?

Also, is it supported in the OnDemand version of fisheye/JIRA?

By including the JIRA ticket id in the commit comments.

eg. The fix is for 'TST-1'

where TST-1 is the ticket id in JIRA.
