How to create a temporary mirror of the remote repository using the SVNSYNC tool?

I need the steps on how to create a temporary mirror of the remote repository using the SVNSYNC tool onto the Fisheye server and have Fisheye index the repository from the temporary location, then when the indexing finishes switch back to the original URL?

Platform: Windows Server 2019

Version Fisheye 4.8.8.20211028060753, Crucible 4.8.8.20211028060753

Java version: 1.8.0_261
