Moving Fisheye/Crucible from Linux to Window

I would like to move our Fisheye instance (from a backup resource) from a linux server to a windows server due to a hardware failure on the linux server . Would I just install Fisheye on the windows server, restore from backup the Fisheye data folder to the windows server and then configure FIsheye to use the new data location?

I believe you should be fine by doing a Fisheye&Crucible backup on Linux machine and just restoring it on Windows one.
