Can a fisheye Administrator close a review which is in Ready To Close of some other user?

as an administrator can i close the reviews of some other user

when the same review is in the Ready to close state?

If no then what is the way to close the reviews of some other user?

And if yes then how?

The built-in administrator has no permission whatsoever, it is only used to administer the configuration of FishEye/Crucible.

You can grant a user, or a group of users, the Close permission.
To do so, you'll either need to edit the existing Permission Scheme that's used for your project/s, or create a new Permission Scheme and apply it to your project/s.
Then edit the scheme and add the user/s or group/s to the Close permission.
