Fisheye Error on Start-Up

Hi All-

We are using fisheye 2.8.0 along with crucible 2.8.0. On starting fisheye and accessing the url in browser getting the below error

Your request was unable to be processed
javax.servlet.ServletException - javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: com.atlassian.applinks.host.OsgiServiceProxyFactory$ServiceTimeoutExceeded: Timeout exceeded waiting for service - com.atlassian.applinks.spi.link.MutatingEntityLinkService

Please help.

Note:- We haven't done any upgrades of fisheye/crucible.

I get the same issue here, it was because I'm using Java 1.7, downgrade to Java 1.6 will fix the issue.
