I'm am trying to connect Fisheye to a kiln/mercurial repository. I have successfully done this hosting jira/fisheye on my local machine and pointing it at a local kiln repository using the "No Authentication" options on the "Add Repository" screen (page 2). However, I can't work out how to do this on a repository on another server. "No Authentication" would not seem to be an option here (it certainly doesn't work) so I tried using a kiln Access Token for the "Password for http(s)" option, but that didn't work either.
I suspect I may need to use one of the public/private key options but I don't know where I would use the key in mercurial/kiln and I can't find the documentation to tell me.
How do I do this?
Thanks.
Hey Stephen!
Not long ago I was doing the same myself. But I was connecting to kiln over https. A combination of kiln token (http://help.fogcreek.com/8375/access-tokens-and-continuous-integration-servers) and thumbprint of remote server (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHKB/Unable+to+Pull+Mercurial+Repository+With+Error%3A+SSL3_GET_SERVER_CERTIFICATE%3A+certificate+verify+failed) in ini file in mercurial installation directory dit it's job.
Can you also check fisheye logs for some errors?
