Fisheye java fail to start

Fisheye 2.8.2 running on windows server 2008. Java JFK 1.7.0_07. Path set correctly, environment variables set correctly for fisheye and java. Still, when executing start.bat, says it needs java to run. Anything I've missed? Jira is running on the same server, do java is obviously working. Any ideas appreciated.

One way to get a better idea of what is happening is to turn echo on in the batch files (change @echo off to @echo on). You'll probably need to do this in both start.bat and fisheyectl.bat.

Hi Rob,

Just to double check your Java installation, could you please provide us with the output of the following commands:

• echo %JAVA_HOME%
• java -version
• echo %PATH%

Also, can you please confirm that you're starting FishEye from command line, instead of as a Windows service?
