I can not find the watch icon under tools in Fisheye

Hello.This is rather frustrating.
I can not find the watch icon under tools in Fisheye.
Because I want to let the project managers to get notification when a developer commits in the repo.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello @shahrooz nematipoor,

Can you please check if repository watches are enabled, by following this document?

In addition to that, so as to view the Watch option under Tools menu in a repository activity stream you must first configure SMTP.
