Is it possible to see comments per user for code reviews?

When finishing a code review with adding comments to the code, but not creating Jira tickets for minor reviews, is it possible to see per user what comments are made on their code?

It's a bit inconvenient as they are all minor comments and if we'd have to make tickets for every one of them, we'd have over a hundred tickets every time.

Is there an option we are missing that makes this possible? If not, can you make a suggestion what is the best practise?

There is defect report - it can give you filter for just reporting comments
