In JIRA, there are logs such as following lines in security.log:
2013-04-25 08:57:52,472 http-8443-26 johns 537x26350x1 - 10.10.5.6 / The user 'johns' has PASSED authentication.
2013-04-25 09:07:24,831 http-8443-26 anonymous 547x26366x1 - 10.10.11.5 /browse/TTT-249 HttpSession created [1ve8pv5]
It shows that John S. login to JIRA from 10.10.5.6 or anonymous user saw JIRA from 10.10.11.5.
How can setup Fisheye to log such as JIRA?

you can enable access logging in FishEye, as described here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHEYE/Enabling+Access+Logging+in+FishEye
The log tracks all the requests, their origins, dates, pages requested and the authenticated user.
