Remove Reviewer

Is there still a method available to remove a reviewer on an active review? I see in older versions of the documentation that there was, but there's nothing in the documentation for version 2.9.

Unfortunately the option to modify reviewers has been removed.

I accept that answer, but really have to wonder why. It seems a simple capability.
