Reviews not counted in Fisheye 4.5.2

I have a project where a Review the reviewers claim they have 'looked at' the files but the

% counter still stays at 0.

What could be the reason?

We are using Crucible 4.5.2

Did you try to refresh the page after viewing the files?

Note that Progress Tracking can be configurable according to user preference. Can you take a look and see if it's not the case?
