I have scoured the configuration screens, but I cannot see what magic incantation needs to be used to configure this. Our files have a standard header that includes the $Id$ tag, and this means that every time that the file is changed, this line shows up in the "diff" report, despite the fact that this line has not actually changed.
Is there any way to configure crucible to ignore this change when it is comparing two revisions?
Turns out that this is a known issue.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-4336 which might get fixed, and would also resolve my issue.
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-1980 which is exactly what I wanted and closed as won't-fix.
