In the config.xml is it

<include tree="master" casesensitive="false"/>

<include tree="/master" casesensitive="false"/>

<include tree="master/*" casesensitive="false"/>

Each time I rescan the repo shows all commits with 0 files changed.

Hello,

As I understand, you would like Fisheye to index only the master branch of your repository.

At the moment, it is not possible to include/exclude specific git branches in a repository in Fisheye, only specific paths/directories.

There is a feature request for this functionality, which you can follow at:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/FE-2533

You can add your comments there and outline your specific use-case.

Hope this helps!

Best,

Themis
