Review Data Lost After Renaming User in External Repository

I tried to rename user from user to user@domain.com in Crowd. Every user can login with new username (user@domain.com), assigned to correct group, can create new review, but cannot see the old reviews.

I have followed this and this, but nothing change.

Is there any way to solve this?
