What IPs do I whitelist so that Jira Cloud can integrate with Crucible?

I am giving Crucible a try and would like to integrate it with my Jira (Cloud). The Crucible server is behind an IP whitelist. What IP(s) do I whitelist such that Jira (Cloud) can communicate with this Crucible instance?
