What is crucible doing when it says "Sorry, looks like you caught us doing maintenance"?

Hi,

  1. what exactly is crucible/fisheye doing when i see this message?
  2. how can i control the time at which it does this.

It seems to have choses 7PM NY time to always do this, and sometimes it never returns.

It is possible that you have configured your scheduled backups to be run at that time. When performing a backup, Crucible will lock out all access to ensure a successful backup can complete.
