can we write custom rules for code review in crucible?

Is there any way to add our custom rule to review code. for example :Before the reviewer starts looking into code there should be some comments from the tool regarding basic hygiene

Hello @Prashant Mali,

As can be seen at Editing a project, it is possible to define Default Review Objectives, in which you can specify some text that will appear by default in all reviews created in that project, in the "Review objectives" field. 

Maybe you can use this field for writing some comments regarding basic hygiene?
