how can I track users deleted in fisheye

3 users details appear to  have been deleted this week in fisheye , recreating them resolves the issue, however I can't tell  how they were removed, is there any audit function or way to  track  whats going on

Unfortunately not, once a user is deleted it is deleted for ever. Once users with administrative permissions can perform such an operation. So,iwould request you to review your admin users list and may be refine it.

Deleting a user is never a good idea, i would recommend that we disable users once they leave organisation instead of deleting them.
