will Fish eye latest version supports for Multiple user Directories?

We are planning to configure two directories in Fisheye/Crucible latest version.

Please suggest us ,how to achieve this

In FishEye/Crucible 4.0 we've overhauled entire user and directory management. So the answer is "yes", it can handle multiple user directories from various sources. Please have a look at:
