forge app tunneling

I am not a workspace admin, I am testing out a dynamic pipeline forge app provider, my workspace admin did add the shared forge app to the workspace, but to continue building it, I need to tunnel to it for debugging. But I am finding my self unable to do so. Is there a way to do this even I am not the install it, but still I can tunnel to my App?

Or is it a issue in my end?

Is this still an issue? I didn't test this today but I believe it should be possible as long as the app development environment is installed. You can check that by running the `forge install list` command.

If this is still an issue to see if anything stands out in the output?
