As I read the litany of requirements for GovCloud, Fed Ramp, FINRA, and more, it seems increasingly such that there are requirements to preserve content in Confluence/Jira for a period of time (often explicitly stated) and then either archive for long term retrieval but not wide access (SEC) or full purge from systems.
I'm building out a solution for this as it's not available out of the box, but I'd love to know the ways your teams have solved this in Atlassian products, ideally cloud (though I realize most here are still on DC).
