Hi, when I am trying to add a new user to Jira Align I got the error "Email Address already exist", but when I am trying to search for this user he does not exist.
I created a new account but with an additional sign in email address. After creation, when I am opening user profile and I am trying to change email address I got a message that the email address is used by the user with 'XXX' UID. When I am trying to find this UID does not exist.
I would be grateful for the help.

Can you please check if such a user was deactivated? You will need to go to Administration > People, and then Filter by Deactivated = yes:
If you don't find the user in the deactivated list, it would be better to open a ticket with the support for a better investigation.
