Find Issues with all "Depends On" issues Completed

Hi,

In my project I have multiple issues depending on each other. I'm using issueFunction in linkedIssuesOf("status = Completed", "depended by") in order to only show those depending on issues that are Completed. However, in case the issue depends on more than one other issue, in the filter it shows up as soon as at least one of the issues it depends on turns Completed. I'd like it to only show an issue on a condition ALL issues it depends on are Completed. Is this possible?
