Scrum, XP, and Kanban are all suitable for agile with small teams but has the number of teams increase organisations often look to scaling frameworks.
What framework does your organisation use? Nexus? Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)? Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)? Disciplined Agile (DA)? Or something else?

A large percentage of our customers are utilizing SAFe, but I have also seen Spotify, LeSS, and a mixture of a couple of different frameworks.
