How to assign Team members to a current Sprint in Jira Align?

When in the Sprint Capacity section of Jira Align, I am noticing the 'Allocated Members' are not updated with the Team members associated to the Project.  I would appreciate if there is a link to any documentation that would guide on how to update it.  Thanks!

Thanks Jamie for your prompt response.  This is super helpful.  Though, I am unable to locate the 'select Copy allocations.' in my instance of Align.

@Vikrant Nanavati To add people to teams, create allocations, and then copy allocations to the sprint, you will need to work with a Jira Align Administrator and  ensure that you are in a role group that has Edit for Team and Save for Sprints in your permissions

@Vikrant Nanavati to get the Sprint Capacity Report to update you need to go into the team in question- Select Team from Top nav, View all teams , then click on the team you wish to update. Then choose allocations on the right and the team allocation window will open. Enter the allocation percentage for each team member and save

That will set each team members overall allocation. Then on the team page select the Sprints tab. Pick the sprints you are looking to set allocations for and then select Copy allocations.
