Is it possible to provide a template for descriptions section in Jira Align for epics?

Is it possible to provide a template for descriptions section in Jira Align for epics? I saw some similar old queries and interested to know if this is possible now in JA. 

Another question, is it on the roadmap for Jira Align to integrate with Confluence at some point. Any insight on this will be helpful. Thanks

Regarding your question on integrating Jira Align and Confluence- there is currently no specific information available on the Jira Align roadmap regarding direct integration with Confluence.
