Is there any API difference in JIra Align cloud and Jira Align On-premise instances?
If possible please share the API document available for the Jira Align On-premise release.

Welcome. If there is, I haven't seen a documentation that has cloud and Self-hosted separated. Usually, the the documentation applies to both.
For example, articles like below apply to both cloud and self-hosted:

@Benjamin , you're right, Jira Align API is a shared component for both cloud and self-hosted deployments, and there are no differences among them.
