Is there any option to import Ideas like in CSV format in Jira Align from UI or Via API ?

Yes, you can import Ideas from a CVS file into Jira Align using the API. I have seen this done with Postman.

If the Ideas are created in Jira Product Discovery or Jira Service Management, you could use Atlassian Automation to write them to Jira Align.
