@Hari Shankar S If you maintain WSJF in Jira Align, you can unidirectionally sync it to Jira via the Why? text.  See pic below from Jira.

Short answer is you can't, not via the Jira Align connector to Jira. 

You might be able to do it via the rest API by building an app that syncs the data from Jira Align to Jira (if or when they add WSJF to the feature in the rest api call).
