Yes I checked the demo center 

I don't simply want to watch the Strategy Collection, I would like to test it with a Demo on my Instance. 

The Strategy Collection seem to be very good for Leadership Team

Welcome. If it has been a few days, perhaps wait a few more days. Usually, I have good experience with responses back from the Atlassian team. In the mean time, I'll reach out the support team to see they can get you connected to sales team or the right folks to you started on a demo.
