As a Super Admin, I'm able to update acceptance criteria on a feature in Jira Align and it sync's to Jira Cloud.
RTE's, Product Owners, and Analysts need permission to do this as well. Is there a setting I can update to allow it?
Role: Program Lead > Manage > Features > Acceptance Criteria is toggled "on"
Is there something under Administration that also needs to be on to allow edits for Acceptance Criteria?

Can you please check the Program Team role of such users? I'm not sure about the edit/update ability, but to add a new one, the user must have the 'Team of Team' role:
