Hi,
As shown below I get different scores in the column on the left and the Value Score box on the right. This is from the Portfolio Epics > select an epic to score in the Value tab using a bespoke scorecard > Analyse button
I know there will be reason, keen to find out what it is
Thanks in advance
@Jamie Giantonio that's helpful, thanks. In our bespoke scorecard we've deliberately assigned a value of zero to some answers and the epics with a discrepancy are those that have zero selected for some answers. So am I right that the calculation done in JA is messed up by allowing zero as a selection, and we should reconfigure our scorecard?
Incidentally the UI in JA gives an alert when an answer has not been scored but also shows zero as a value, then when an answer is actually selected the warning symbol disappears.
@Louise Boulton it does appear there is an issue with a 0 selection in the value scores. i'd definitely contact Atlassian Support and open a ticket.

@Louise Boulton I was able to re-create this in a test instance, when one of the individual scores is not set. Is one of your individual scores not set?
As @Allan Maxwell said, i'd contact Atlassian Support and open a ticket.

I'm unable to reproduce this in my instance. You may need to contact Atlassian Support.
