Username and Password. If you instance is configured to use this method, you would have received a password reset email.  Use your email address and password you created.

I have used this method to login into jira align But when I am clicking forgot password and gave my Company password I am not getting any mail regarding the reset password. Can anyone help on this?

@pol  If Jira Align password reset emails are not being sent, it might be due to the email settings configuration. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue:

  1. Check Email Settings: Go to Jira Align → Administration → Email Settings and ensure that the setting "Send only password emails" is set to "No". If it is set to "Yes", Jira Align will only send emails related to password resets and new account creations

  2. Verify Email Logs: Check the email logs in Jira Align to see if there are any error messages related to email sending. This can be done by navigating to Administration → Logs → Email. Look for any errors that might indicate why emails are not being sen

  3. Super Admin Actions: A super admin, can manually reset a user's password and generate a password reset link. This can be done by going to the Administration console, navigating to "People" under "Access Controls", selecting the user, and clicking "Reset user password" to generate a password reset link 4.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may need to contact Jira Align support for further assistance.
