When might we see Align available for on premise data center hosting or a more secure cloud offering

Jira Align looks to be a great solution for large companies implementing SAFe, but in many industries they will need a more secure cloud offering or enable a data center hosted option.  When will this be available?  Why is it not already an option?

Jira Align is a cloud-first solution, and we will always work with our customers to help them adopt a hosted version of Jira Align if possible. However, we work closely with potential customers to understand their deployment needs as part of their evaluation of the product.
